Derek, who has been known as "Milo Greene", "My Work with Snow", and most currently "Tests", changes his music styles even more often as his name, but still incorporates simple, yet eloquent guitar riffs, complemented by his crooning, and sometimes droning vocals, no matter what style decides to play on any given day.
The words, "These songs are mostly just poems put to music," are often heard when speaking about his musical career, that is based out of Providence, RI. And what poems they are. As of late, his lyrics mostly veer toward the dark and tortured parts of his brain, leaving one to wonder about the mental stability of this musical prodigy.
